The activity of the Legal Services focuses on promoting and protecting the general interests of the Bosch Group and ensuring sustainable economic success in all the Group’s business areas, while maintaining the principle of strict legal compliance and ethics in transactions commercial.
We assist our internal clients in all legal matters of the operating business and also in strategic projects. The main sectors of our services are, in particular, contract law, mergers and acquisitions, company law, antitrust law, real estate law, industrial / intellectual property and, in general, all areas of law, with the exception of the Labor and Tax area.
We are looking for a senior lawyer specialized in Civil and Commercial Law, with the ability to work autonomously and as a team, with communication skills, negotiation and clearly oriented to the client and the result. The lawyer will be integrated into the Legal Department of the Iberia region and, together with the other colleagues, will be part of a global team of lawyers, with a presence throughout the world and with offices in most countries, having the opportunity to participate in international projects, as well as collaborate with cross-border teams.
