Boris Johnson Reveals Putin Had Threatened to Attack Himself with Missiles!

Former Prime Minister (PM) English Boris Johnson disclosed that the President Russia Vladimir Putin never made threats to personally launch missile attack against him. The threat was conveyed by Putin to Johnson before he ordered military invasion of Ukraine.

As reported AFPMonday (30/1/2023), the latest documentary report BBCwhich will be broadcast Monday (30/1) local time, says the threat was made in a telephone conversation between Putin and Johnson just before Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022

Johnson and other Western leaders rushed to Kiev to show support for Ukraine and try to fend off a Russian attack.

“He was like me at one point and said, ‘Boris, I don’t want to hurt you, but with a missile, it’ll only take a minute,’ or something like that,” Johnson said in a statement referring to Putin’s threat.

Johnson, who served as British prime minister from 2019 to September 2022, emerged as a supporter of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

But before the invasion was launched, Johnson said he took pains to tell Putin that there was no immediate prospect of Ukraine joining the NATO alliance. Johnson also said he warned Putin that any invasion would mean “more NATO, not less NATO” on Russia’s borders.

“He (Putin-ed) said, ‘Boris, you said that Ukraine is not going to join NATO anytime soon,” Johnson said.
