BOLA – President dismissed and appointed rulers (Angola)

The Angolan President, João Lourenço, exonerated, this Friday, “at his request”, the Secretary of State for Cultural Creative Industries, João Domingos Silva Constantino and, in his place, appointed João Pedro da Cunha Lourenço.

The Civil House of the President of the Republic of Angola further advances that João Lourenço also dismissed two deputy governors of Bengo province, António Martins and Domingos Guilherme.

The first was responsible for the Political, Social and Economic sector and the second was responsible for the Technical and Infrastructure services.

In his place, respectively, in those areas, the head of state appointed as vice-governor José Francisco

Bartolomeu and Agostinho da Rocha Fernandes da Silva.
