Vienna – Finance Minister Gernot Blümel (ÖVP) announced on Saturday a solution for faster lending to entrepreneurs. In coordination with banks and the Financial Market Authority (FMA), there are now simplifications because many companies have had to wait too long for their money. This was mainly due to the strict interpretation of the regulatory requirements by the FMA and the banks.
