A bloody shooting took place in a bar in the city of St. Paul in Minnesota, reported the local television CBS12.
One person was killed and 14 others were injured in the shooting.
Police did not disclose details of the bloody incident. It is now known that three suspects in the shooting were detained.
They are under police guard at the local hospital.
“Several visitors to the bar decided to take out their weapons without regard to human life and pull the trigger,” police spokesman Steve Linders told reporters.
Police Chief Todd Axel said this is the biggest skirmish in the region since he joined in 1989.
The shooting at the bar again raised the issue of gun control in the United States.
