Blood clots diagnosed with two vaccines: were they associated

After vaccination with the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, six women between 18 and 48 years old were diagnosed with a rare blood clot in the second week after vaccination. The same rare side effect that has also been observed after the administration of the AstraZeneca vaccine. It is no coincidence that both vaccines were made using a similar technique, namely on the basis of harmless adenoviruses. But how does that work? And has it not been used for much longer?
