blink-182’s emotionally ⁤resonant hit, “I​ Miss You,” has officially joined⁤ Spotify’s Billions Club,⁣ exceeding one billion streams on the platform. The ‌track, originally released in 2003 on the band’s self-titled⁤ album, remains⁢ a fan​ favorite and a staple of ⁣their ⁢live performances.

The song’s achievement underscores ‌its enduring popularity and continued relevance two‍ decades after its release. While initially hesitant to perform the track live, as Tom DeLonge revealed in a‍ 2003 MTV interview, “I ‍Miss You” has ​become an integral part ‌of blink-182’s setlist, including their recently concluded‌ 2023 Missionary Unfeasible Tour. DeLonge⁣ described the song ⁤as exploring “the vulnerability and kind of heart-wrenching pain you feel when ‍you’re in love,” with lyrics that resonate⁢ with listeners‌ through unconventional imagery.
