But, his co-star in the first movie, Michael B Jordan, has talked about a possible return as the title character.

Although Marvel has been saying that they will not reprise the role, fans are wondering how they will do it and if a revived and reformed Killmonger is the path they will take.
But, during an interview with Killmonger actor Michael B Jordan, he was asked the possibilities of a return to the movies and with a surprising twist in his story.
“I’m going to have to go with a solid 2,” on a scale of 1 to 10 upon his return.
“I didn’t want to go to zero! Never say never. I can’t predict the future.”
The actor added that he “didn’t know much” about what direction the story would take, except that they are working on the script and it will reflect many circumstances and tragedies they faced years ago.

“I know Ryan (Coogler) and Marvel are going to do the best job of developing the story in a way that makes everyone happy and satisfied and honors Chad and moves forward gracefully.”
Fans have been talking about the right person who could fill in for Boseman’s role as the Black Panther and it would be the actor Michael B Jordan.
He is currently working on a possible role for Superman in a JJ Abrams project, but rumors indicate that he could direct the film instead of acting in it.
