Stuttgart – The series “Big Little Lies” by the American TV broadcaster HBO celebrates its premiere in Los Angeles.
The mini series, which will consist of seven episodes, is about three Australian mothers who lead an apparently dreamy life at sea. In the lives of Madeline (Reese Witherspoon), Celeste (Nicole Kidman) and Jane (Shailene Woodley) there is a lot of room for tragedies. Jane does not feel welcome in her new neighborhood, the divorced Madeline is worried about her eldest daughter and Celeste finally wants to get ahead in her job. Her life is turned upside down when the three mothers are involved in a murder.
The premieres included actresses Laura Dern, Nicole Kidman, Shailene Woodley, Zoe Kravitz and Reese Witherspoon. In Germany, the series starts on February 19. at the payment channel Sky.
