MELBOURNE / LONDON (dpa-AFX) – The raw materials group BHP +1,67% should in future only be listed in Australia and no longer additionally in Europe. The majority of shareholders voted to standardize the current double listing, the company announced on Thursday. With the withdrawal from the London Stock Exchange, BHP will no longer be included in the Stoxx50 stock index. The shareholder proposal is yet to be approved in the UK. A hearing on this before the court is scheduled for January 25./ngu/he/stw
