In the last period there has been a real boom dell’e-commerce, with more and more scammers who try to study ad hoc traps, through which to extort money from the unfortunate person on duty. These include insurance policy scams which are, unfortunately, increasingly widespread.
In this regard, the IVASS, Insurance Supervisory Instituterecently reported 10 irregular sites in order to avoid unpleasant surprises. The institute, in fact, has made it known that the “distribution of insurance policies through the following sites is irregular. The advice is always to be careful about taking out too cheap insurance. For the law, in fact, having a false policy is like traveling without insurance and for this reason you risk running into it sanctions high, in addition to the seizure of the vehicle. In order to avoid unpleasant surprises, therefore, it may be advisable to check that the reference company is included in the lists of Italian and foreign companies admitted to operate in Italy.
