Better call Saul protagonist is in stable condition

The condition of American actor Bob Odenkirk (58) is stable. That is what his spokesperson said. He was rushed to hospital on Tuesday after being on the set of the popular series Better call Saul had collapsed.

The 58-year-old Odenkirk was in full recordings of the sixth and final season of Better call Saul – a spin-off of the acclaimed Breaking bad – when he collapsed. Those recordings take place in the American state of New Mexico. According to a statement, the actor had a heart attack.

“We can confirm that Bob’s condition is stable. He and his family would like to express their gratitude to the wonderful doctors and nurses who care for him,” the statement said. The Odenkirk family “also wants to thank everyone for the abundance of good wishes, but ask for privacy while Bob focuses on his recovery.”
