On this occasion, a presentation ceremony of this mobile medical unit acquired by the OCP- Site Gantour for the benefit of the targeted people was organized on Wednesday at the headquarters of the prefecture of the province of Rehamna in Benguerir, in the presence in particular of the governor of the province, Mr. Aziz Bouignane, officials of the Al-Gantour site of OCP, the provincial health delegate, the Secretary General of the Rehamna Foundation for Sustainable Development, heads of external services, local elected officials and other personalities.

The acquisition of this mobile medical unit is intended to provide significant logistical support to medical caravans registered within the framework of the local health policy, programmed by the province of Rehamna, in partnership with the provincial delegation of health and the OCP- Site Al Gantour.

Worth nearly 2 million dirhams, this mobile medical unit for gynecology and pediatrics is a direct part of the program to boost human capital for rising generations, particularly in its component concerning maternal health and of children, and which aims to reduce the mortality rate of mothers and newborns in rural areas.
