Sport Lisboa e Benfica expresses its deep regret at the death of Sérgio Luther Rescova, victim of COVID-19.
Until today Governor of the Province of Uíge, Rescova was Governor of Luanda until the 26th of May and, in that capacity, he played a very important role supporting the establishment of a series of partnerships and projects that Benfica intends to implement in the Angolan capital.
Sport Lisboa e Benfica offers the most heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. In this moment of particular pain is the feeling of deep regret and solidarity.
