BEIJINGDecember 15 – Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said on Thursday that China has “institutional advantages” to fight the COVID after the United States said it could help deal with the surge in infections if Beijing requests assistance.
Wang made the remarks in response to remarks by White House national security spokesman John Kirby on Wednesday that the United States was ready to help China deal with continuing waves of coronavirus infections. COVID-19 if Beijing has asked for assistance.
“We have institutional advantages, we will definitely be able to overcome the peak of the epidemic smoothly,” Wang said at a regular news conference.
