Be alert, here are the signs and symptoms of a heart attack

iNSulteng – Symptom heart attack can vary, so not everyone who experiences heart attack will have symptom the same one. However, there are some key signs to look out for.

The American Heart Association cites several heart attack sudden and intense, although most start slowly with taste sick lightness or discomfort.

The site says the earliest warning may be recurrent chest pain or pressure that is triggered by activity and relieved by rest.

The National Health Society (NHS) notes that although chest pain is often severe, some people may experience only mild pain, similar to indigestion.

“In some cases, there may be no chest pain at all, especially in women, the elderly and people with diabetes,” the NHS said.

Signs also include feeling sick, sick, extreme anxiety, coughing, or wheezing. It is estimated that around 1.4 million people living in the UK today have survived heart attack which consists of about 1 million men and 380 thousand women.
