BCA Sued by Customer, Deposits of Rp. 5.4 Billion are Called Not Liquid

SURABAYA, KOMPAS.TVBank BCA sued by a customer named Anna Suryanti. He even filed a lawsuit for the second time at the Surabaya District Court.

Anna sued the Bank BCA loss of value storage area worth Rp. 5.4 billion 4 years ago.

Plaintiff’s legal counsel, R Teguh Santoso, revealed that in this case, Anna sued the Bank BCA and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

“Two years ago our client’s lawsuit was rejected by the Surabaya District Court because of lack of parties,” Teguh said, when confirmed, Monday (26/10/2020), as quoted from Kompas.com.

This year, his client again registered civil suit No.353 / Pdt.G / 2020 / PN.SBY from Anna Suryanti, Tan Herman Sutanto, Tan Johan Sutanto, and Vonny Susanty as plaintiffs. Meanwhile, as defendants, Bank BCA and OJK.

According to Teguh, the second lawsuit trial is currently underway at the Surabaya District Court and is currently in the verification stage.
