The Syrian actor Bassem Yakhour and the Syrian actor Fadi Sobeih decided to take an individual initiative in order to collect aid and deliver it to the affected people in the city of Latakia in Syria after the devastating earthquake that struck the region.
The website et in Arabic published a video clip in which the two actors appeared as they helped load the aid into a truck, commenting: “An individual initiative by Basem Yakhour and Fadi Sobeih in cooperation with a number of merchants in Syria to provide aid and relief materials to those affected by the earthquake in Syria. The trucks will head to Latakia in the morning”.
