Barry Paf quits after two years as presenter of the morning program of 100% NL, the radio station announced on Monday. The 41-year-old radio DJ thinks getting up early is too heavy on his life.
“I really enjoy working at 100% NL and have been building The Barry Paf Show with a lot of enthusiasm and passion for the past two years,” says Paf on the website of 100% NL. “But such a program has a certain daily rhythm, and that rhythm is sometimes difficult to combine with my other work and social life.”
The Barry Paf Show, as the morning show is called, will be an afternoon program starting August 31, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Koen Hansen succeeds Paf as presenter in the morning. Lately he has made more appearances in the morning.
Paf is in the successor of Chantal Hutten, who has been responsible for the afternoon program since December 2018. She retrained as a nurse. She will remain attached to 100% NL as an on-call worker.
