Jakarta – Head Police Criminal Investigation Commissioner General of Police. Agus Andrianto named the suspect in the shooting of Brigadier J four people have been determined, but the investigators of the special police team are still working to determine other suspects for derivative cases, namely ethical and legal violations obstruction of justice.
“For the shooting case, there are complete (four suspects). Derived cases, we are waiting for Itsus (Special Inspectorate) to explore their roles,” Agus said, confirmed by reporters in Jakarta, Thursday.
Separately, the Head of the National Police Public Relations Division, Inspector General Pol. Dedi Prasetyo explained that the intended derivative case is an ethical violation and eliminating or hiding evidence (obstraction of justice) conducted by 31 Polri personnel.
This examination was carried out by the Itsus Team under the leadership of Deputy Irwasum Polri, which has examined as many as 56 Polri personnel, of which 31 were proven to be suspected of violating ethics because they were unprofessional in handling the crime scene (TKP).
In addition to ethical violations, the team will also examine violations of criminal elements, namely those related to eliminating and hiding evidence.
