The exchange rate of the dollar rose against the pound at Al Baraka Bank with the beginning of trading on Monday, compared to its level yesterday evening Sunday, while the price stabilized in 10 other banks.
The price of the dollar rose 3 piasters at Al Baraka Bank to 15.70 pounds for purchase, and 15.80 pounds for sale.
The price of the American currency in the Egyptian Al-Ahly Bank, and Egypt stood at 15.68 pounds for purchase, and 15.78 pounds for sale.
The price of the dollar maintained its level in Cairo, Construction and Housing Banks, Credit Agricole, Suez Canal, Commercial International, Arab African and Abu Dhabi Islamic at 15.70 pounds for purchase and 15.80 pounds for sale.
The price of the American currency remained constant in Bank of Alexandria at 15.69 pounds for purchase, and 15.79 pounds for sale.
