Bangkok Aviation Fuel Service Public Company Limited or BAFS disclosed the progress of the solar power plant acquisition that The Company has signed an agreement to purchase common shares in the group of companies that operate solar power plants, totaling 7 plants worth 1,704.67 million baht, with a total capacity of 36.4 MW from PDI Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company. Padaeng Industry Public Company Limited was completed on March 1, 2021, resulting in BAFS Clean able to recognize income of not less than 120 million baht this year. With a target of 1 billion baht in 3 years in line with BAFS ‘business direction to expand renewable energy portfolios. And strengthen the financial stability of the group of companies
The 7 solar power plants currently in commercial operation are:
1. 5 power plants with a total production capacity of 29 MW, located in Prachinburi Province, 3 plants and Samut Sakhon Province, 2 plants with a total of 25 years of power purchase agreements with the Provincial Electricity Authority, with the current remaining power purchase agreements of 20 years.

2. One 6.3 MW power plant located in Tak Province. There is a power purchase agreement in the form of an adder that can be extended for a period of 5 years at a time.
3. 1 power plant with capacity of 1.1 MW, located in Khon Kaen Province There is a power purchase agreement in the form of an adder that can be extended for a period of 5 years at a time.
The acquisition of the power plant further enhances its competitiveness and creates business growth opportunities by integrating BAFS ‘long-standing expertise and management know-how (O&M) in the energy business. To help strengthen the organization’s strength and expand the business in the future
