Santa Clara,CA - Global music superstar Bad Bunny will take the stage at the Super Bowl Halftime Show on February 8th,it was announced today by Apple Music,the National Football League (NFL),and ROC Nation.The performance will take place in Santa Clara, California.
The artist, born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, expressed the significance of the opportunity, stating, “What I feel goes beyond myself. This is for everyone who came in front of me and have run countless yards so that I can come and achieve the touchdown.” He further emphasized the cultural importance of the performance,adding,”This is for my people,my culture and our history.” In a message delivered in Spanish, he playfully urged fans to share the news: “Go and tell your grandmother that we will be at the Super Bowl Halftime Show.”

Prior to the official announcement, Bad Bunny hinted at the appearance on X (formerly Twitter), referencing a scaled-back U.S. tour due to concerns about potential issues with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He explained in a recent interview that he worried about ICE intervention at his concerts, particularly regarding undocumented immigrants.
