Marc ⁢Soler Claims Stage 14 Victory at Vuelta a ⁢España ‍Following Solo Attack

Alto de la Farrapona,Spain – Marc Soler (Movistar ‌Team) secured his fourth career Vuelta a España stage win with ‌a ⁣commanding solo effort ‌on Saturday,September 9th,conquering the challenging final climb of Stage 14.The victory ⁢marks a ⁣redemption ‌for Soler, who previously ⁣lost a stage on the same ascent five years ago ⁢to ‌David Gaudu.

The decisive⁤ move came ⁣with ‍under 2 kilometers remaining, ‍as Soler distanced his rivals and powered to the finish line. Behind him, a battle for bonus seconds and general classification ⁣positioning unfolded,‌ with Jonas Vingegaard (Jumbo-visma) narrowly edging João Almeida⁤ (UAE Team Emirates) for second⁤ place and the accompanying‌ six-second time ‍bonus.
