A woman has in Austria found a newborn in front of her apartment door. According to the police, the baby, who was probably only an hour old, was slightly hypothermic, but otherwise fine. At first there was no trace of the parents. The little boy was taken to a hospital in Linz. The woman had found the child on the night of Sunday around 1 a.m. in front of her apartment door in an apartment building in Lichtenberg.
According to the police, the birth should have taken place around midnight. The police are now hoping for clues to find the child’s mother. (Mt / dpa)
