Douwe told the audience that there is ‘a sweet girl in the audience’ and then revealed: “She has a very beautiful baby in her belly and I can become its father.”
Douwe also announced that the mother of his upcoming daughter is called Loes. It is not yet known when the baby is expected. It is the singer’s first child. RTL Boulevard has asked both Douwe Bob and his management for a response, but they do not want to respond further to his statements.

The singer has had a pretty sad year. Last year Douwe lost his father and one of his best friends, artist Steven Oprinsen, who was also like a father to him. “He was really my other half,” Douwe said about it at the time. Including making music got him through the rough times.
