Sayyid Najm, a scholar of Al-Azhar, said that the Islamic religion is a religion of optimism and hope and is considered one of the greatest treatments. Since childhood, a person is not devoid of hope and looking to the future, nor is it devoid of a goal that he seeks to achieve, indicating that optimism is that behavior that men make Their glory, and they raise their heads with it, for it is the light of a time of intensity of darkness, and a way out of a time of intensity of crisis.

Najm added, during his meeting with the journalist Manal Salama, on the “Sweet Speech” program, broadcast on the “Echo of the Country” channel, today, Thursday, that optimism and hope are an outlet for a time of distress, and in which problems are solved and dilemmas are resolved, indicating that optimism It is the beating of the vibrant heart, which is a spirit that cycles through the soul; It makes the individual able to face and employ life, improve performance, and face difficulties.

He continued: «Optimism is the expectation of good, and it is the good word that occurs on the tongue of a person, and it is a sign of success, and it works to improve mental health. The optimist sees things as beautiful, he sees things as they are. He thinks in moderation, searches for solutions, and reaps profits and gains away from the control of illusion, fear and pessimism, indicating that optimism improves mental health.
