Model Ayu Thalia | now being attacked by Ahok’s son, Nicholas Sean. Ayu has become a suspect in Sean’s report.
Ayu Thalia previously shocked the public after admitting to being a victim of persecution from Nicholas Sean Purnama. He did not accept it until he made a report to the Penjaringan Police.
However, Penjaringan Police investigators did not find any evidence regarding the alleged abuse case. As a result, Ayu Thalia’s report was stopped. Nicholas Sean Purnama was judged not to have been proven guilty of mistreatment as alleged by Ayu Thalia.
Nicholas Sean Purnama also felt that Ayu Thalia had defamed his good name. He finally reported Ayu Thalia back to the North Jakarta Police. Sean reported the woman who is familiarly called Thata Anma for violations as stated in Articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code.
Today, Ayu Thalia was supposed to carry out an investigation after being a suspect in a defamation case. However, Ayu Thalia was unable to attend.
“For Ayu Thalia, the plan is for an examination this morning, but currently she is not feeling well,” said Fredi Liem as Ayu’s attorney.
Ayu Thalia asked for the examination to be postponed until next week. Fredi Liem will also deliver a letter to the North Jakarta Police regarding this matter.
“So the examination is temporarily postponed,” said Fredi Liem.
“Next week, this morning at 10 am I will deliver the official letter to the investigators,” he continued.
The attorney also talked about Ayu Thalia’s condition after becoming a suspect. The client’s feelings are said to be so mixed.
“Yes, definitely surprised, sad, and disappointed,” said Fredi Lim.
Meanwhile, Nicholas Sean Purnama spoke after Ayu Thalia was named a suspect for the defamation report filed by Ahok’s son. The peace room is said to have been closed by him.
“My client, in principle, wants the legal process to proceed transparently,” said Sean Purnama’s lawyer, Ahmad Ramzy, when contacted on Thursday (20/1/2022).
There are a number of reasons why Nicholas Sean Purnama refused to make peace with Ayu Thalia. According to Ramzy, the slander that Ayu Thalia has done has damaged Sean’s good name and family.
“There was no word of peace after the slander done by AT to Nicho,” Ramzy said.
In addition, Ramzy said that Nicholas Sean hoped that the case that befell Ayu Thalia would be a lesson for others not to make statements without any basis.
“This is also to be a lesson so that no one arbitrarily commits slander to others,” said Ramzy.
