A total of 75 cases of infection have been registered in Bodø municipality since Monday until Monday. Around 100 have been quarantined recently.

Head of Communications Tord Berthinussen first informed about the facts:
– 12 new cases of infection in the last 24 hours, all close contacts. Six belong to Total Betong, and have followed the infection control rules.

Tor Claudi, municipal chief physician, explains about the quarantine:
– Those who think they are infected should be tested. Then you should be in quarantine until a negative answer is available. If you are in close contact with an infected person, you will automatically be quarantined for ten days regardless of the test result, because we will find others via infection tracking.
Social life
When it comes to social gatherings:
In private homes, cottages or gardens you can invite up to five guests. But you can invite a family of six to your own family, informs mayor Ida Pinnerød.
This does not apply to cohorts in primary and lower secondary school.
– This means that you can have a child’s birthday, says the mayor.
– Private gatherings in a public place or private event, can not have more than 50 people. Only on Aspmyra with fixed seats can have more, Pinnerød informs about.
