Avenue Maréchal-Juin reopened to traffic
The road construction site on Avenue Maréchal-Juin is coming to an end and the road has just reopened to the public.
As part of the redevelopment of the old national road into an urban boulevard, the City is now completing the development of Avenue Maréchal-Juin on the part to the right of the Les Portes du Muscat shopping center. After a site visit by Michel Arrouy, mayor of Frontignan la Peyrade and Eric Bringuier, delegate for the living environment and public spaces, last week, the avenue was reopened to traffic this Friday, December 18 in the middle of the day. . The complete cycle link between the city center and La Peyrade, the harmonized arrangements and making it possible to reduce motor speed and numerous pedestrian crossings have been created so that residents can cross safely are now in place.
In mid-January, the road markings on the road and the cycle path, as well as the installation of furniture will be carried out.
Amount of the works: € 250,000 including tax, including € 60,000 financed by the Department of Hérault and € 20,000 by Sète agglopôle Méditerranée.
