Our Marketing team works with important customers to leverage the Avature product in the global HR market. Online tools play a key role in this objective, and understanding both the audience and the effectiveness of these channels is essential.

As marketing analyst, you’ll be in charge of creating, developing and delivering engaging content to grow our community, increase traffic to our website, and keep the brand top of mind. Your success will expand Avature’s reach worldwide and position us as an HR software leader.

Your challenges and objectives

  • Play a key role in planning, creating, and delivering creative content for social media and our website on a global scale.
  • Define the brand’s global social media presence and voice.
  • Be in constant search for opportunities to expand our brand globally.
  • Work cross-functionally with other Avature teams such as Events, Sales, and Design Studio.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our product and its functionalities to engage and manage our different communities.

Your day-to-day activities

  • Stay up-to-date on new social media features and leverage them to our advantage.
  • Create and deliver a monthly content plan for all of our social media channels and act as project manager to keep all campaigns on track.
  • Detect patterns of success and improvement by effective measurement and monthly reporting.
  • Be in constant social listening mode to maximize engagement with our audience, while expanding our reach and promoting interaction on our social networks.
  • Help the team manage Avature’s websites globally and keep content fresh and up-to-date.
  • Be the lead editor and supervisor for all social media content, guiding the team on how to write great copy for each channel and which visuals work best.
  • Manage our community and engage with industry influencers through social media to keep our brand top of mind.
  • Establish guidelines for the marketing teams and designers to maximize the impact of social media practices.

About You

  • High level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • You love everything related to social media and have extensive experience managing and creating social media content.
  • Experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite.
  • Always keen to learn new things and keep up with digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent team player and collaborator.
  • Comfortable with tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-driven, highly organized.
  • B2B marketing experience is a plus
