Australian Open: Mladenovic-Pegula opening on John Cain

Kristina Mladenovic will try to qualify for the round of 16 of the Australian Open on Saturday, opening the day 6 program on the John Cain court against American Jessica Pegula, while Rafael Nadal and Ashleigh Barty will play in evening on the Rod Laver and the Margaret Court.
For the first time since the tournament began on Monday, matches will be played behind closed doors, after the state of Victoria, of which Melbourne is the capital, declared a new five-day lockdown.
The evening on the John Cain will feature the match between Stefanos Tsitsipas and Mikael Ymer then the hitting clash between Karen Khachanov and Matteo Berrettini.
