2020 turnover: a year impacted by the health crisis
Turnover 4th quarter 2020: € 22.2 million, i.e. – 28%
Annual turnover: 87.2 M € or -24.7% (-23.8% at constant exchange rate)
The COVID-19 health crisis severely affected the Group’s activity during fiscal year 2020, with the Group’s turnover falling by 24.7% compared to fiscal year 2019.
While the Group’s activity at the start of the 4th quarter of 2020 confirmed the slowdown in the decline in activity observed during the previous quarter, the second wave of COVID-19 and the return to confinement in many countries once again impacted the hotel industry, restaurants and points of sale, and, consequently, that of the Group. The turnover of 4th quarter 2020 is therefore down 24.7% compared to the same period in 2019.
Evolution of annual turnover by Group entities:
Revenue was down in 2020 in all of the Group’s entities affected by the containment measures. Only the German subsidiary, never affected by these measures, recorded a 5.8% increase in turnover.
Germany: € 11,832k + 5.8%
Australia: € 7,012k – 26.4% (-24.4% in local currency)
United States: € 8,243k – 42.3% (-41.5% in local currency)
France: € 18,850k – 36.9%
UK : 7 833 K€ – 47,2 % (-46.5% in local currency)
RTG: 33 445 K € – 7.7% (-5.7% in local currency)

Ambitions 2021
The impossibility of deciding on an end date for the COVID-19 crisis makes any forecast completely risky.
Nevertheless, the efforts devoted during the 2020 financial year, in particular to the terminals activity, allow the Group to aim for a growing activity for 2021.
