Attempted robbery in Lillestrøm – young woman hit in the head with a plank
Two young men have been arrested after a young woman was subjected to an attempted robbery with a kitchen knife and hit in the head with a plank in Lillestrøm.
The police received the first report of the incident at 22:43.
– A fight is said to have occurred at a private address. In this connection, a kitchen knife was used to threaten a young man and a woman of the same age. The woman was also hit in the head with a plank, says operations manager Gisle Sveen in the East police district to NTB.
When the police arrived at the scene, the two alleged perpetrators had left the scene.
– Both were arrested after a short time. One of the men was found under a terrace with the help of a dog patrol, says Sveen.
The suspected perpetrators have been taken into custody.
The offended woman has been taken to the emergency room and is said to have suffered bleeding head injuries. our
