The Vienna Higher Regional Court upheld an appeal. The suspicion has not been confirmed or substantiated “also from the police point of view”, reports the “Presse” (Wednesday edition). The young person now has to meet a number of deradicalization requirements.

The Office for the Protection of the Constitution, even with the help of Europol, was unable to crack the young Kosovar Albanian’s mobile phone code. According to the press, he was not ready to cooperate and was always silent during the interrogations.
