The updated table HERE

Wednesday March 23: Quiet first round for Hugo Gaston, winner 6/2 6/1 against the American Emilio Nava, 312th in the world. Benoit Paire is once again eliminated in the first round against the Swiss Henri Laaksonen 7/6 1/6 6/4.

Gilles Simon also takes the door after his defeat against the young Briton Jack Draper, World No. 146, 7/5 6/1. We also note the success of the two Cerundolo brothers (ARG), who are rarely at ease on hard courts.

The exit also for Richard Gasquet defeated by Thanasi Kokkinakis (AUS) 6/4 6/2 and for Adrian Mannarino who still resisted a set against Nick Kyrgios 7/6 6/3

Thursday March 24: The day started well for Ugo Humbert, winner in three sets, 6/3 3/6 6/2, against the Slovenian Aljaz Bedene, world No. 141. Jenson Brooksby (USA) eliminates Federico Coria (ARG) in three sets but this makes the author of an inadmissible racket throw, which will end against a ball boy.

Sebastian Korda (USA) who had annoyed Rafael Nadal in Indian Wells, punishes Alejandro Davidovich Fokina (ESP) 6/1 6/1. Andy Murray, wild card, starts well with a success against Federico Delbonis (ARG) 7/6 6/1.

Defeat for Benjamin Bonzi beaten 6/4 6/4 by local Tommy Paul. Defeat also for Jo Willfried Tsonga, 6/7 6/4 6/4, against the Australian Jordan Thompson.

Friday March 25: Cameron Norrie (GBR) eliminates Jack Draper (AUS) 7/5 6/4. Juan Manuel Cerundolo (ARG) takes out the great Kevin Anderson (AFS) 7/6 3/6 6/3. On a very good day, Nick Kyrgios punishes Andrey Rublev with a whopping 6/3 6/0.

Jannik Sinner, who seems less serene than last season, narrowly passes, 7/6 in the 3rd set against the Finnish No. 1 Emil Ruusuvuori. Francisco Cerundolo joins his brother in 1/16 after taking advantage of the abandonment of an out-of-the-way Reily Opelka.

Hugo Gaston managed a good perf by leaving John Isner (tds N°20) 7/5 6/4.
