The hospital management has implemented all measures recommended by the Regional Hygiene Station in Pilsen, such as the closure of the premises, including a ban on visits, isolation of patients or restrictions on admission and discharge of patients. Positively tested workers are quarantined, employees who have had negative tests have been divided into shift teams.

According to the Ministry of Health in the Pilsen Region, 39 confirmed cases of coronavirus infection have increased since last Friday. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the ministry has cumulatively registered 772 cases of infection of people with permanent residence in the region, 663 recovered and 17 deaths of people with covid-19.

The regional hygiene station, which uses a different methodology than the ministry, reports 756 infected, 16 deaths and 662 cured in the region since the beginning of the pandemic. Since last week, according to the hygienic station, there have been 32 more infected people in the region. In the Klatovy region, however, the regional hygienists reported two newly discovered cases of coronavirus in the statistics published so far from last Friday to the present day.
