TRIBUN-MEDAN.com, SIANTAR- Asuhan Village Head, East Siantar District Walmaria Zalukhu apologized for his post which said the beatings received from unscrupulous TNI-AD soldiers were related to the Level IV PPKM judicial operation in Pematangsiantar.
After examining and reporting the beating he experienced at the Pematangsiantar Denpom I/I, Walmaria apologized for bringing up the name of the Pematangsiantar Covid-19 Task Force.
“I hereby apologize when in my post on FB brought the Satgas union where the process of incidents I experienced myself as an impact of my work, so,” Walmaria told reporters.
Meanwhile, Kapenrem 022/Pantai Timur, Major (Inf) Sondang Tanjung said the military police were still investigating the root cause of why an individual TNI-AD soldier with the initials JS assaulted the Walmaria village head.
JS himself is a member of Babinsa from the North Tapanuli Kodim. The person with the rank of sergeant two lives close to the village head’s residence.
“The root of the problem is still being investigated by Denpom. So this mother means that there is an allegation of mistreatment carried out by TNI personnel. Now, this is being used under the name of the Covid-19 Task Force,” said Tanjung.
“The residence of the reported (Serda JS) and the reporter (Lurah Asuhan) are neighbors – only one house apart. These are still neighbors to the left and right,” said Tanjung.
Previously, the inquiry process by Head of Orphanage Walmaria Zalukhu and the JS soldiers themselves spent several hours at Denpom I/I Pematangsiantar.
The media crew has been waiting for an official statement from Denpom.
