He informed that the JCE, the OAS and the opposition leaders and the ruling party agreed that the electoral entity will proceed from 5:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. to review all components of the system, in particular the ballot, in order to ensure that each team has its ballot properly charged.

In this regard, the JCE indicated that if this is not the case, through the ordinary means of backup (back-up), the corresponding ballot will be loaded, after which, once the school is constituted, in the presence of The members of the electoral colleges and the delegates of the political parties, accredited therein, will begin voting.
