A cocoa producer was killed by subjects who entered his farm to steal the crop, the scientific police reported. The victim is Pedro Joaquín Villarroel Tineo (74), owner of a farm located in the Las Parcelas sector, Caripito, Monagas state.
Last Wednesday, four armed men arrived at Pedro Joaquín’s property and subdued his nephew. And when the producer arrived at his farm, he tried to intercede to free the nephew but one of the subjects shot him several times to death.
The Cicpc-Caripito began the investigations and found the location of one of the subjects participating in the bloody event, identified as Miguel Ángel Bandres Belmonte (23), alias El Querequerre. This subject confronted police officials with a 16 caliber weapon and was shot.
Two murderers arrested. In another proceeding, the Cicpc arrested Víctor José Gil Gil (19) and Luis Felipe Acosta Rojas (25), who were required by the 4th Monagas Control Court.
These people are accused of participating in the murder of Boris Ramón Vega (43), Eduar José Medrano (28) and Jhonny Rafael Maita (43), a fact that occurred on Father’s Day in Aguasay (Mon). The victims guarded a house in the mentioned town.
