The traceability of the drugs mentioned in article 1 is ensured by the pharmaceutical establishment of the National Public Health Agency.
The collection of undesirable effects and their transmission to the National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products are carried out by the health professional taking care of the patient.
At the request of the Director General of the National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products, the withdrawal of batches is implemented by the National Public Health Agency.
