That’s what you call an exemplary and highly motivated employee: Actually, Sergio Agüero would have had a few days of vacation after Argentina’s triumph at the Copa America, but the center forward ended it voluntarily and traveled to his new club early.
On Friday, Agüero registered in Ciutat Esportiva for the first training session at FC Barcelona – individual training, mind you. Because his teammates are currently in Germany at the training camp in Donaueschingen, preparing for the friendly game on Saturday at VfB Stuttgart.

So Agüero is doing hard work alone in Barcelona. After his arrival in Barcelona on Friday he went straight to the gym of FC Barcelona, after which there were the first smaller units on the training field. Agüero spent his vacation on the Greek island of Mykonos and on the Balearic island of Ibiza.

He will then be able to welcome his teammates to Barcelona on August 5th. The departure from Baden-Württemberg takes place on August 3rd – but not with Barcelona as a destination.
