[Reporter Yang Chengyu/Taipei Report]The Speaker of the Czech House of Representatives, Adamova, led a delegation of more than 160 people today (25th) and arrived at Taipei Songshan Airport at around 4:40 p.m. on a Czech government special plane. Edamova wore a white and green suit that was eye-catching, and was greeted by the President of the Legislative Yuan You Xikun, Foreign Minister Wu Zhaoxie and others.
Edamova will hold a press conference for her arrival in Taiwan at the reception room of Songshan Airport later.
The members of the delegation also included House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Jeni Schek, House Security Committee Chairman Zachke, House Taiwan Friendship Group Chairman Banda, and six cross-party representatives including Weberney, Lochman, and Yaque. Director-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Smigelova, Director-General of the Ministry of Trade and Industry Peter. Ou Keke, Deputy Minister of Science, Technology, Research and Innovation Halikova and other officials, and Colonel Ferdin of the military department of the new Czech President Pavel’s Office also visited Taiwan with the delegation.
