On the night of the 19th, Mr. A was arrested for attempting to sexually assault a woman he first saw in a bathroom in Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. Mr. A ran away when the victim resisted, but was caught by the police who had been reported and dispatched. It is known that Mr. A was in a state of being drunk. Mr. A, who left the court after completing a warrant examination at around 3:24 pm that day, said, “I am sincerely sorry for the victim.”
However, he consistently answered questions such as “admitting the wrong”, “what was the reason for committing the crime,” “whether it was between the victim and the victim,” etc.
