The second stage of the war is psychologically more difficult than the first, says Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the President’s Office.

Arestovich gave some advice on how to keep his psyche, explained why the second phase of the war is more difficult than the first and spoke about the false sense of guilt inherent in many Ukrainians.

In his opinion, in the second phase of the war, understanding of what is happening, thinking in the category of a “common home” and the ability to correctly read messages about “spite” will psychologically help to resist.

Arestovich notes that psychologically during the war those who think well of people survive, the one who is strong when it is bad is truly strong, and the specific framework of our victory depends on us.

Earlier, Arestovich said that the Russians lost in six out of eight operational areasand this became clear when the Russian Federation announced that they did not want to storm Kyiv, but only diverted the troops.
