HAARLEM – The Kennemerland Safety Region has declared the Reyndersweg and the adjacent site in Velsen-Noord a prohibited area this weekend at night from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. It is also prohibited to possess sound equipment in that area during the night from Friday to Saturday and the night from Saturday to Sunday.
