One of them is the requirement of a negative test for the new coronavirus for all travelers arriving in the United States, as well as a quarantine period upon arrival.

For this reason, Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP) announced that the installation of temporary laboratories in the 12 terminals it operates so that travelers can be tested for the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

These modules will start operating as of next Monday, at the airports of Guadalajara, Tijuana, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Guanajuato, Hermosillo, Mexicali, Morelia, La Paz, Aguascalientes, Los Mochis and Manzanillo.

The group indicated that the antigen test will cost 450 pesos, while the PCR (Polyomerase Chain Reaction test and considered the most reliable) will cost 1,450 pesos.
