Are Troy Baker and Roger Clark working on Fort Solis?

Fort Solis? What the hell is that? Fallen Leaf Studio hasn’t even announced the game yet, but we’re already hearing about it.

Let’s start at the very beginning. THE On Twitter we can see a picture of Troy Baker and Roger Clark shooting a photo of themselves in full motion digitization equipment, so the couple is getting something more serious because of the work called motion captur in English. Troy Baker, for example, was the voice of Joel Baker in The Last of Us, while Roger Clark was known through Arthur Baker from Red Dead Redemption 2 (but we also saw it on television in The Wild West and Zero Hour, respectively).

Anyway, Baker’s work in the game industry can be traced back to 2004, here are a few examples we’ve heard of him: Resident Evil 6, Uncharted 4: The Thief’s End (in the series, he spoke to Nathan Drake…), Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Persona 4, White Knight Chronicles, Ghostbusters: The Video Game… so we can safely say that he is a veteran dubbing in the gaming industry, and if he will be involved in the game, it will not be an indie project, on the contrary.

The Italian IGN talked about Fallen Leaf Studio’s unannounced Fort Solis game becoming an exterior-looking sci-fi horror that will run on Unreal Engine 5 and is said to be released in the first quarter of 2023 (sometime between January and the end of March) . Not only Baker and Clark can be seen on the staff, as Julia Brown is also working on the game, which will in principle be called Fort Solis. Here, the reader could rightly ask how we know the name of the game, even if the studio hasn’t even announced it… well, Clark tweet it the #FORTSOLIS hashtag is openly there. It’s just no coincidence.

We haven’t even heard of Fort Solis and the studio before! It could be a new team, and with such big names behind it, it could be a Sony Interactive Entertainment initiative that the company hasn’t even officially mentioned. This is, of course, a guess on our part. The press release is in principle preparing for an announcement at the end of October, the studio is Polish and is seeking $ 2.5 million in support from an investor to play the multiplatform. But… if there are such big names behind the game, how believable is it?
