“Architect Reveals Reasons for Collapse of Hall Roof in Al-Qirawan District of Riyadh”

Al-Marsad Newspaper: The architect, Turki Al-Hussaini, revealed the reasons for the collapse of the roof of a hall designated for events and celebrations, in the Al-Qirawan district of Riyadh.

Al-Hussaini said, in a telephone interview on Al-Ikhbariya TV: “The hall’s ceiling is made of simple iron bridges with Shinko, and this is one of the reasons for the collapse.”

He added, “It is very important that these halls are of high specifications and structurally safe, because the lives of 200 and 300 visitors enter them.”
