Currently, Claire is working on “The Brooklyn Tower”. At 325 meters high, this residential tower is the tallest and first “super all” in New York outside of Manhattan.“For comparison, the tallest tower in Brussels is 150 meters high. My employer, JDS Development, is both an owner, a real estate developer and a general contractor”,develops Claire Gondon. On a daily basis, she manages the architects, designers, consultants and contractors in the execution of the construction of the tower.
Seven years ago, Claire Gondon moved to New York with her family. Architecture is her life and she does not lack ambition. Here, a quick question for Claire: In terms of projects, what do you want?
“I dream of building a large multifaceted project that would include housing, a public park, a recreation center and an art center. Everything would be integrated into a contemporary and vibrant architecture, offering bright and green spaces”.
For Claire, architecture has a great impact on a city and its population. She plays a key role in the creation of places.
